General Corporate

Our target corporate client is a family business on both sides of the Atlantic or in North and South America who is looking for personal attention from a senior attorney. We can assist with entity formation, contracts, distribution agreements, minimum advertised price (MAP) agreements , employment contract and other agreements.

Whenever you are entering into a new relationship, whether it be personal or professional, shareholdings or employment, you should always consider "How am I going to exit this relationship?" All relationships would benefit from a "pre-nup" but fe
w have one. An Attorney can assist you in the early stages of your corporate relationships so that the late stages are more profitable and less anxious.

We employ common-sense approaches to efficiently limit the legal challenges which are inevitable in the modern American commercial environment.

Buttermore and Foltz is available to discuss the following
transactions:

  • Contract law
  • Distribution agreements
  • Corporate governance
  • Partnership agreements
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Confidentiality agreements
  • Employment contracts
  • Non-compete agreements
  • Other employee-business contracts
  • Minimum Advertised Price Agreements
