![]() David B. Foltz is an Attorney with over thirty-five years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from New York Law School and a Masters of Laws (in taxation) from New York University. Mr. Foltz has been in private practice since 2000. Prior to that he was Director of Taxes and Controller for ASARCO Incorporated from 1995 to 2000. Previously, he had been a Manager in the International Tax Department of KPMG. Mr. Foltz is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, United States District Court (New Jersey, Eastern and Southern New York), United States Tax Court and the Court of International Trade. Cyrene Elizabeth Foltz joined Buttermore and Foltz as a Paralegal in 2015. In February 2022, Elizabeth graduated from New York Law School (her father's alma mater) and was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in May 2022. Prior to going to law school, Elizabeth completed a Paralegal Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and passed National Boards to become a Certified Paralegal. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Tufts University/School of Museum of Fine Arts Boston. A gifted stained glass artist, in her spare time, Elizabeth runs Studio Cyrene LLC, a small glass studio based in Westfield, New Jersey. Her specialties include stained glass, fused glass and slumped glass. She lives in Union with her husband, Evan Alexander, toddler daughter, Daisy Maria and Pablo (the dog). [email protected] |
