Keith W. Douglas has been a Senior Tax Specialist since 2011. A native of Massachusetts, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

A Certified Public Accountant (dormant license), Mr. Douglas has worked as an Auditor for Main Hurdman (KPMG),  in various financial positions at Engelhard Corporation (BASF) and Pharmos Corporation.  He also has been an active community volunteer and supporter of various local youth sports teams.

He lives in Scotch Plains with his wife, Lori Kaufman.

Cyrene M. Foltz has been a Paralegal and the Office Manager for the past 13 years at Buttermore and Foltz. A native of Southern California, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Early Childhood Education from Cedar Crest College. Prior to moving to New Jersey, she was employed as a Senior Financial Analyst for MJR Development Corp. and a Paraprofessional with Friedman, Alpren & Green, CPAs (Friedman LLP) in New York City.

For over 25 years she has been an active volunteer with various community organizations including the
Margaret and Peter Chang Foundation (Treasurer and Trustee), Foltz Family Foundation (Secretary), Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield (President, Treasurer), Westfield United Fund (Co-Campaign Chair), Family and Children's Services, Elizabeth (Trustee, Secretary, and Development Chair),  Girl Scouts (Leader and Cookie Mom), Cub Scouts Pack 172 (Den Leader and Pack Committee), and Boy Scout Troop 72 (Advancement Chair and Troop Committee), She served on the staff of the Presbyterian Church in Westfield as the part-time Children's Choir Director and a member of the Chancel Choir.

She lives in Westfield with her husband, David Foltz.

Cyrene Elizabeth Foltz joined Buttermore and Foltz as a Paralegal in 2015.  Elizabeth completed a Paralegal Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has passed National Boards to become a Certified Paralegal.  She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts at Tufts University/School of Museum of Fine Arts Boston. She is currently attending New York Law School (her father's alma mater).

A gifted stained glass artist, in her spare time, Elizabeth runs Studio Cyrene LLC, a small glass studio based in Westfield, New Jersey. Her specialties include stained glass, fused glass and slumped glass.

She lives in Union with her husband, Evan Alexander, and pets,  Picasso (the cat) and Pablo (the dog).
